This award isn’t specific to graphic design or any one major, it recognizes a class working together on a single project that makes a meaningful impact. It can be earned by students in any field, and it focuses more on collaboration, community impact, and how well the project is communicated rather than just the visual outcome. As a DMD student, that made it especially meaningful, because it highlights how design can contribute to something bigger and reach beyond just aesthetics.
